Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through order taking, resolving customer complaints, and answering questions
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and sales data
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Working closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

Key Responsibilities:

* Answering customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Processing orders and handling customer payments
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and sales data
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in customer service or sales

  • Knowledge of the food delivery industry
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Availability to work overtime during peak periods
