Job Summary

As a Store Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex in our Suwanee, GA store. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, recommending the right solutions, and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our products and store. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong product knowledge and a keen eye for detail

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
