Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience. You'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service, and modeling best practices to deliver outstanding results. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service

  • Modeling and sharing customer service best practices with all team members

  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer complaints and concerns

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing environment; pharmacy experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

* Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare environment

  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations, including prescription processing and inventory management
