Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You'll work closely with our sales team to drive sales, promote products, and build strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers, operate a cash register, and process transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for store appearance
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive sales, promote products, and build strong relationships with customers
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store fixtures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily sales goals and maintain a positive, productive work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred

  • Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform other tasks as required

Preferred Qualifications

* Retail or sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • Experience with cash handling, including operating a cash register and handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt to our business
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, including upselling, cross-selling, and customer engagement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
