We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team as an Administrative Assistant. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that our research studies are completed on time and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring that all information is complete and up-to-date

  • Provide administrative support to research teams, including scheduling, coordination, and communication
  • Develop and maintain relationships with research participants and stakeholders
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and arenaflex's data entry processes

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly

  • Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist)
