Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
