Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tombstone, AZ. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, including our store offerings, promotions, and services
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping floors, and performing other tasks as needed
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including our store offerings, promotions, and services
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping floors, and performing other tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a convenience store or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or convenience store environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and other retail technology
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in multiple languages
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as customer service representative or retail management
