Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex in Little Elm, TX. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Processing customer orders and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with our pizza makers to ensure that every pizza is made to perfection and delivered to our customers on time
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in the food industry or customer service

  • High school diploma or equivalent in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business)
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish)
