Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver stellar customer experiences by building rapport and credibility with patients

  • Passionately educate every patient about unique FDA-approved treatments
  • Assist with creating a positive environment for staff and patients
  • Be willing to learn a variety of roles and help out as needed
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement customer service strategies
  • Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service

Essential Qualifications

* High school degree or GED

  • At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
  • Customer service focus to help others improve their lives
  • Ability to connect with people and positively influence decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of FDA-approved treatments and medical devices
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
