Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Team Player to join our North Hollywood, CA office. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately and efficiently process data, including but not limited to: + Entering data into our database management system + Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records + Verifying data for accuracy and completeness + Resolving data discrepancies and errors

  • Provide exceptional customer service, including:

+ Responding to customer inquiries and concerns + Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner + Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including:

+ Participating in team meetings and discussions + Sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues + Contributing to process improvements and efficiency gains

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including:

+ Data entry logs + Customer contact information + Sales and marketing data

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including:

+ Participating in special projects and initiatives + Assisting with data analysis and reporting + Providing support to other departments as needed

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

  • Strong reading comprehension and writing skills
  • Comprehensive computer skills, including:

+ Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Database management systems (e.g. Access, SQL) + Data entry software (e.g. Excel, Access)

  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with data analysis and reporting

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with process improvement and efficiency gains
  • Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g. Certified Data Entry Specialist)
