Job Summary

As a Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex's Atlantic City operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences across our hotels and resorts. You'll be responsible for handling all external and internal calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer all external and internal calls for the Caesars Entertainment, Atlantic City hotels, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests receive a positive and memorable experience
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and resolutions
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as local attractions and amenities
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental and company goals

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, customer service, communications) preferred

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and team members in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Availability to work a part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as local attractions and amenities
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members in multiple languages
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Hospitality Administrator)
