Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately and efficiently enter patient data, medical records, and other relevant information into our electronic health records (EHR) system. - Maintain the integrity and security of sensitive patient data, adhering to arenaflex's strict confidentiality and data protection policies. - Collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams to resolve data-related issues, answer questions, and provide support as needed. - Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency, accuracy, and quality. - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices, new technologies, and arenaflex's evolving data management systems. - Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and patients to ensure seamless data exchange and resolve any issues that may arise.

Essential Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., health information management, data analysis) preferred. - Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, medical records, or a related field; experience in a dental or healthcare setting is highly desirable. - Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications. - Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
