Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information about arenaflex products and services
  • Processing customer orders and resolving any issues related to shipping, billing, or product availability
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and issue resolutions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
  • Working effectively in a team environment to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including overnights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish preferred)
