Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet their needs. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process customer orders and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a customer-facing role in a sales or service environment

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
