  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks, and occasionally help with in‑store or local deliveries.
  • Continuously update product knowledge through training sessions, webinars, and on‑the‑job learning.
  • Suggest process improvements and sales strategies to store leadership, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Uphold arenaflex’s visual standards for store layout, signage, and brand presentation.
  • Comply with all safety, inventory control, and regulatory policies, including background‑check procedures to protect customers and coworkers.

Essential Qualifications

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
  • Fluent reading, writing, and speaking abilities in both English and Spanish.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.

  • At least one year of experience in a retail, delivery, or customer‑service environment.
  • Prior experience selling paint, coatings, or related home‑improvement products.
  • Hands‑on experience operating paint‑mixing and tinting equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a fast‑paced setting.
