This is a full‑time, remote‑only role that operates on an 11 PM – 7 AM Eastern Time schedule, Wednesday through Sunday. Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Night Release, classify, and bill basic import shipments: Accurately enter shipment data into our customs processing system, ensuring every entry meets regulatory standards. Prepare customs bonds: Generate and submit the necessary bonds for U.S. Customs inspections, guaranteeing compliance and timely release of imports. Maintain precise billing records: Verify invoices, resolve any accounting discrepancies, and coordinate with the finance team to ensure prompt payment cycles. Cross‑functional impact awareness: Understand how your nightly activities affect downstream operations such as warehouse handling, freight forwarding, and customer service.
