- Lead teams of software engineers to create market‑leading solutions.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high‑performing engineering talent.
- Oversee team leaders to support their missions and delivery commitments.
- Identify workflow roadblocks to enable continuous delivery at scale.
- Inspire and coach team leaders for ongoing professional development.
- Ensure product security, compliance, and reliability for customers.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to shape the vision and strategy.
- Partner with Product leadership to align on strategic commitments.
- Build cross‑functional relationships to enhance user experiences.
- Facilitate process and practice maturity for global growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 7+ years in software development and data solution development.
- 2+ years of experience leading remote or hybrid teams.
- Strong technical expertise in modern development practices.
- Ability to balance leadership and delivery in a player‑coach role.
- Exceptional skills in mentoring, coaching, and career development.
- Experience with large‑scale ETL/ELT data pipelines.
- Track record in high‑volume data environments with large datasets.
- Understanding of data warehouse architecture and CDC patterns.
- Proficiency in RESTful API design and integration.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure, especially AWS data services.
