West Coast Partnerships Lead (Commission → Path to Leadership)
PROJEXION | Design × Technology PROJEXION is introducing a new category in immersive display. Operating at the intersection of design and technology, PROJEXION transforms how digital content is experienced in events, retail, hospitality, and experiential environments. PROJEXION is a modern alternative to traditional TVs and LED walls — a flexible, design-forward platform that allows brands and creative teams to create immersive visual experiences quickly and beautifully. Our system has already been featured in activations including CES, Dolby Live, Super Bowl watch parties, and multiple experiential deployments in 2025, with several more underway. PROJEXION is now operating bi-coastally, and we are expanding our West Coast presence. We’re looking for a West Coast Partnerships Lead to help grow the business across California and Las Vegas, working with experiential agencies, brands, venues, and event producers. This role begins commission-based, aligned with early-stage growth, with a clear path toward becoming PROJEXION’s West Coast lead as the business scales. You’ll play a key role in introducing an entirely new product category to the market. What makes PROJEXION unique PROJEXION is more than a product. We are first and foremost a design studio that created a product platform. Because of this, PROJEXION offers both the display system itself and the creative services that bring it to life. In addition to rentals and unit sales, we also offer:
- Custom PROJEXION unit design
- Print graphics and branded wraps
- Digital content development
- Video editing and motion graphics
- Creative direction and experiential design support
In the traditional event ecosystem, brands often have to work with multiple vendors — an AV company for screens, a scenic fabrication shop for custom builds, and an agency or studio for design. PROJEXION brings those worlds together. Clients can simply rent the system if they wish — but they also have the option of partnering with us creatively when they need additional design support. This hybrid product + design studio model makes PROJEXION an especially strong partner for brands, agencies, and event producers, particularly when projects require both technology and creative execution. What you'll do
- Originate new PROJEXION rentals, partnerships, and selective unit sales
- Introduce PROJEXION to experiential agencies, creative directors, brands, and venues
- Build long-term client relationships that lead to repeat activations
- Identify opportunities for permanent installations and unit sales in retail, hospitality, museums, and corporate environments
- Help drive large-scale initiatives such as World Cup watch party activations
