Our Salesforce Associate will help with supporting a wide range of business processes, systems, and managed service projects. The ideal candidate has prior Salesforce consulting experience, and isn't afraid of a challenge. You will work closely with our team of consultants on a variety of clients and support tasks for our private sector clients. Location requirement

• Leverage a strong understanding of Salesforce (multi-cloud) capabilities
• Play an active role in configuring the solution and supporting the development team for a variety of different client needs
• Perform ongoing Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security configuration, and data management
• Implement and maintain customizations and enhancements as per client requirements
• Proactively monitor Salesforce instances for health and performance issues and take necessary actions to ensure optimal system performance
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolution and escalation when needed
• Work with our clients and all stakeholders to build clear use cases
• Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information; recommend leading practices; and present associated technical process components
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
• 1+ years of Salesforce configuration experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Ability to work on multiple client tickets while paying strict attention to detail
• Experience in consulting required
