Key Responsibilities

• * Review and assess insurance claims based on policy details, claims procedures, and regulations.
• * Gather necessary information from clients, medical providers, and other stakeholders to complete claims processing.
• * Evaluate claims to ensure that all required documentation and information are complete and accurate.
• * Communicate with clients to request additional information or clarify any details regarding their claims.
• * Ensure claims are processed and settled according to company policies, client agreements, and legal requirements.
• * Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claims processed and related correspondence.
• * Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues and streamline claims processing procedures.
• * Monitor and track claims status, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• * Stay current with industry trends, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business or related field is a plus.
• * At least 1-2 years of experience in claims processing, insurance, or a similar administrative role.
• * Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
• * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• * Ability to multitask and manage multiple claims simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• * Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office and claims management systems.
• * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex situations.
• * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience
• * Minimum of 1-2 years in an administrative, insurance, or claims processing role.
• * Prior experience with insurance claims is preferred, but not mandatory.
• * Familiarity with relevant insurance policies, medical claims, and billing processes is an advantage.
• Working Hours
• * This is a full-time remote position.
• * Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST), with occasional flexibility based on business needs.
