Champion talent development and retention, serving as a primary advocate for people-focused initiatives. Foster collaboration within HR and across the enterprise to ensure cohesive service delivery and shared learning. Leverage data and analytics to create adaptable, efficient, and results-driven people strategies. Translate business needs into actionable HR initiatives that strengthen performance and organizational alignment. Advise leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational design strategies. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of one years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or in HR functional areas such as Total Rewards, Performance Management, Staffing, Talent Management, or Organizational Development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Nice-to-haves

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
  • Knowledge of Human Resources practices, processes, and regulations
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across HR and business teams
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to influence and engage leaders and employees
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
