We're looking for an Account Review Associate to join our ranks. As an account review associate, you'll be responsible for reviewing and processing change of broker/dealer requests for existing and onboarding financial advisors. Our Account Supervision department members are the gatekeepers of all business at Commonwealth and provide principal approval of all directly held accounts. Key Accountabilities

• Processing change of broker/dealer requests, ensuring that advisors are properly licensed and appointed, and documenting all pertinent information in our case management system
• Researching rejected requests, and working with other internal departments and sponsor companies to ensure completion of the broker/dealer change
• Supporting the overall function of the department by maintaining a phone queue presence
• Knowing where to direct advisors and their staff with questions related to suitability on new and existing accounts
• Adhering to procedures, policies, and industry guidelines
