[Remote] Agent Growth Coordinator

In this role, you'll connect with real estate agents, guide them through the recruiting process, and maintain structured outreach to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls while building strong first impressions and relationships with agents
• Introduce Crown Homes and communicate our value clearly and confidently
• Ask structured questions to qualify interest and fit
• Schedule next steps (calls, meetings, interviews) with leadership
• Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in our CRM
• Follow a structured outreach and follow-up process
• Stay consistent with daily activity and performance targets

• Recent graduates or early in their career
• Prior sales experience (though helpful)
