Lead Caregiver
- Monday Friday 8 am 5 pm (Hours may vary depending on Client and/or business needs.)
- Administrative on-call up two to 2 weeks a month. (The On-Call staff will handle any emergent issues that arise outside of business hours.)

- In addition to working as a CAREgiver, the Lead CAREGiver serves as a counselor, guide, coach, and mentor in a long-term, ongoing relationship with CAREGivers. LEAD CAREGiver will provide client support through Quality Assurance activities in efforts to improve client retention.
- Minimum of one (1) year of Home Care experience.
- Availability to cover shifts and assist with admissions when needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with the team, patients, and families.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and general computer knowledge.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to make visits to patients homes.
- Strong interpersonal skills which positively benefit interaction with internal and external clientele.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and self-control.
- Demonstrated ability to operate safely in the workplace, with experience in holding self-accountable to safety standards.
- Knowledge of principles and procedures of personal care and safety practices in the home care setting
- Some on call for after-hours and weekends
