Weâ??re looking for an amazing Manager, Data Warehouse to fill this role. Youâ??ll be responsible for design, implementation, maintenance, and support of the data warehouse systems and projects. Ensures data is accurate and SLAs are met. Ensures development team has the cross-training to support the data warehouse and ETL systems. Works closely with business stakeholders and other IT teams to provide communication and transparency of team efforts and challenges. Conducts overall management including time tracking and performance reviews.

Responsibilities
- Lead ETL Development and Data Analyst team to build, support and enhance integration between Reservations, Web, Shipboard, and other IT systems.
- Ensure quality, performance and availability of the data warehouse and integration processes are maintained.
- Participate in design of ETL and Data Warehouse components, procedures, and documentation.
- Actively engages in risk identification, evaluation, and strategy to create and manage backlog of technical enhancements with the Agile development process.
- Mentor employees on software, processes and best practices.
- Ensure applications, processes and systems are compliant from security and privacy perspective.
- Minimum of 7 years implementing data integration/ETL systems and data warehouses
- Hands-on experience of Software Development Life Cycle
- Knowledge of the Travel/Hospitality
- 7 years implementing and modifying SQL/PL-SQL
- Experience in data modelling, performance tuning, and data orchestration
- Excellent problem solving/analytical skills with a high level of accuracy
- Experience around cloud solutions, preferably AWS
- Snowflake, DB2, and Oracle
- Informatica / IICS
- Python
- Experience in project management and bug tracking tools like Jira
- Excellent meeting facilitation, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to provide leadership, clear direction, and mentoring to Integration Team Members
- Ability to interact well with all levels with the organization
- Ability to work flexible hours

- Base Salary Range: $ 105,200.00 to $ 142,000.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
