Additionally, we have many Order Specialist who have found SPE to be their forever home and they continued to be challenged and learn and grown in their roles.What do you get to do in this position?Channel Projects, Order Specialist is accountable for the execution of post order conversion request from the distribution/channel partner who serves as the Project Manager of the order. Order Specialist, develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within Schneider Electric to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Order Specialist facilitates order maintenance and corrective action to address customers project needs. Order maintenance activities include but are not limited to: change orders; warranty claims; expedite request; shipping re consignments; coordination of services and system studies; freight claims; post-delivery quality issues; and claims resolution. This customer facing role requires demonstrated account management and relationship development experience. Order Specialist, while assigned a primary area of responsibility is part of a regional team that is collectively responsible for the timely resolution of customer request.For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $68,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Technical aptitude to learn the basics of SE Electrical Distribution Products ( e.g. panels, breakers, starters, switchboards), with the ability to comfortably work in Schneider Electric product selector and SE Advantage tools
