Senior PHP Developer

Position Overview

As a Senior-Level PHP Developer, you will be a technical leader responsible for designing and implementing complex, scalable, and high-performance web applications using PHP and related technologies. You will provide technical guidance, mentorship, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of PHP-based web applications and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project scope.
• Architect and implement solutions that meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior and mid-level developers.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure code quality.
• Research and recommend new technologies to improve development processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of extensive experience in PHP web development.
• Proficiency in PHP programming and expert-level knowledge of MVC frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).
• In-depth understanding of API and integration.
• In-depth understanding of MySQL Database.
• Strong front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript such jQuery, Bootstrap, and other libraries or Frontend frameworks.
• In-depth understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with API design and third-party service integration.
• Solid experience with database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
