Descripción del puesto Apoyo en la gestión de cuentas de manera integral entre diferentes especialidades asegurando el flujo de pacientes dentro de un territorio de ventas asignado, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y maximizando la penetración de nuestro producto. Desarrollar conocimiento sobre el mapeo de influenciadores externos (quién refiere, quién decide) para asegurar un diagnóstico temprano y preciso de pacientes susceptibles de tratamiento. Colaborar en la planificación basada en insight, con información de múltiples fuentes para diseñar y ejecutar planes de cuenta efectivos y de impacto. Visitar regularmente a médicos y otros profesionales de la salud para presentar información sobre nuestros productos, responder a sus preguntas y proporcionar soporte científico. Aprender a reportar de forma precisa y oportuna la actividad de ventas y las tendencias del mercado utilizando los sistemas de la compañía. Involucración en la organizar y participación en eventos promocionales, congresos y reuniones científicas para aumentar la visibilidad de nuestros productos y establecer relaciones con los líderes de opinión. Colaborar con otros departamentos de la empresa, como marketing, departamento médico y  acceso,  para asegurar el éxito de las estrategias comerciales. Mantener un conocimiento profundo del entorno de diagnóstico de la Diabetes y la obesidad, nuestros productos, la competencia y el mercado farmacéutico. Requisitos imprescindibles: Licenciatura / Grado, preferiblemente en Ciencias de la Salud (Farmacia, Medicina, Biología, etc.) o titulación equivalente. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, presentación e interpersonales. Habilidades y actitudes para poder trabajar en equipo con humildad y ayuda bidireccional. Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma. Dominio de las herramientas informáticas (CRM, Microsoft Office). Manejo de la IA. Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para viajar dentro del territorio asignado. Residencia en Barcelona
