[Remote] Client Service Coordinator

The Client Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing administrative tasks for the client service team, coordinating expert engagements, and tracking project progress to ensure timely and accurate research consultations.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule bulk telephone consultations for client service teams
  • Manage and respond to multiple client organization requests promptly
  • Coordinate with advisors and clients to confirm and finalize consultations
  • Follow up with advisors to expedite scheduling and maintain project momentum
  • Maintain an updated status of all client telephone consultations in internal systems
  • Qualify advisors through targeted questionnaires to ensure suitability for specific projects
  • Support project managers by tracking client requests and overall project progress
  • Assist with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in a high call volume or fast-paced administrative environment
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain efficient organizational systems
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team
  • High sense of urgency and responsiveness to client and advisor needs
  • Valid work authorization to work in the United States
