- Must be able to communicate, encourage, praise, motivate, prioritize, delegate, and plan workflows with staff to create an efficient and productive department.

- Utilizes operational reporting to identify areas of opportunity for improvement.

- Trains new hires on team specific functions/processes.
- Maintains logs of payer specific/vendor issues.
- Provides department coverage for absences.
- Collaborate with payers/vendor reps for problem resolution.
- Works reports per priority matrix.
- Assists with quality reviews and productivity.
- Assists with appeal management.
- Ensures metrics perform within established parameters.
- Supports staff and acts as a resource for questions.
- Reviews adjustment requests.
- Reviews and adjusts work assignments as needed based on staffing levels.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Associate's degree in Health Services Administration or Business related field. In lieu of degree, consideration will be given to a candidate with 3 years revenue cycle experience.
- Two years of experience specific to discipline.
