Sampling Strategy and Operations Associate
F. Schumacher & Co. is an innovative interior design company that is disrupting the global interior design industry. The Sampling Strategy and Operations Associate will manage sampling operations, optimize efficiency, and drive revenue growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes.
Responsibilities
- Sampling Operations: Coordinate initiatives related to sampling to address business needs
- Optimization & Innovation: Leverage data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency, increase productivity, and drive revenue growth
- Launching New Locations: Coordinate sampling operations and planning for new locations, ensuring successful and impactful launches
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization—from supply chain to portfolio, sales and marketing—to develop solutions that drive business success
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements that will future-proof our Sampling operations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Project Management, Supply Chain or a related field
- Understanding of supply chain principles, operations and e-commerce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong critical thinking necessary
- Ability to scope problems and map out path to resolve
- Advanced degrees are a plus
- Experience within luxury industry a plus
- Experience with BI/data visualization tools (Power BI) is highly desirable
