Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Java Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with a team of software developers of various levels of experience. As a Senior Java Engineer, you will participate in the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance and scalable Java-based Digital Workers based on WorkFusion’s Work.AI platform. You will also participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and ensuring the overall quality of the codebase.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based Digital Workers based on WorkFusion’s Work.AI platform.
- Collaborate with other team members to produce high quality outcomes.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Maintain code integrity and organization.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and the Agile development process.
Qualifications/Experience
- 5-8 years of Java programming experience
- Solid understanding of SQL Programming
- Exposure to Python programming a plus
- Understanding of design patterns and OOP
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and application integration (SOAP, REST, etc)
- Basic administration knowledge of Unix/Linux and MS Windows
- Exposure to DevOps practices
- Familiarity with Agile software development practices
- Critical thinking to be able to work with high-level requirements
- Strong communication skills
