Sales Manager – Helsinki metropolitan area
Job description
We are looking for a technically skilled and results-driven Sales Manager who combines electrical design expertise with strong commercial thinking to be responsible for sales in the Greater Helsinki area. Your primary customers will be electrical contractors, electrical wholesalers, and luminaire manufacturers. You will work closely with decision-makers and project stakeholders to promote our intelligent lighting control solutions. In this role you will maintain and develop key customer relationships, support partners in ongoing projects, and actively search for new business opportunities. Success in this position requires both technical understanding and strong business acumen.Job requirements
What experience we'd like you to have:- Experience in electrical design
- Educational background: Electrical Engineer
- Commercial mindset and ability to manage complex customer accounts
- Experience in the lighting, automation, electrical contracting is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Fluent Finnish and good English skills are an advantage
