Delivery Specialist

Position Responsibilities

As a Delivery Specialist at Deltek, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution and delivery of our industry-leading project-based software solution options. You will be responsible for managing customer projects from inception to completion, leveraging your expertise in construction accounting ERP systems and your strong customer service skills. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to the success of our clients in the construction industry.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of construction accounting ERP systems, preferably ComputerEase.
• Strong customer service and listening skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ground-to-cloud data migrations.
• Ability to comprehend customer needs and manage projects from inception to delivery.

• Over 5 years of construction accounting experience.

Compensation Info

The U.S. salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$106,000.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity. Benefits and perks listed here may vary depending on the nature of employment with Deltek.
