Campaign Account Support Specialist – Level 3 

Overview

Oversees fulfillment for Direct to Rep Programs, manages print intake, demand management, forecasting, and HCP service initiatives. Requires strong communication, cross-functional leadership, and ability to manage multiple programs.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage print & field asset programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead distribution, planning, direct mail initiatives, timelines, and logistics.
• Facilitate team meetings, operational reports, and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate on CRM setup, product launches, and inventory management.
• Manage vendor relationships, escalations, and FUSE approval adherence.
• Handle help desk tickets, mobile updates, compliance tools, and warehouse systems.
• Support convention orders, NSM materials, and special shipments.

Metrics Reporting

• Monthly inventory meetings, forecasting, replenishment planning, and destructions.

Education & Experience

• BA/BS or equivalent
• 5+ years fulfillment operations (DM, DTP, DTR)

Knowledge & Skills

• Expert detail management, strong communication, pharma fulfillment.
