Stream Monitoring Operater
This is a remote position.
We are hiring for a Weekend Stream Monitoring Operator role for an international client in the live sports broadcasting industry. This is a remote position supporting live streaming operations for global sports events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor multiple live sports streams via dashboards
- Detect and report issues (stream drops, audio/video quality, etc.)
- Follow predefined procedures (runbooks) to resolve issues
- Communicate with team and clients via Slack (text only)
- Log incidents in the system
What you will NOT do:
- No phone calls or direct client calls
- No engineering decisions
- No work outside provided systems
Requirements:
- Strong written English
- Comfortable with dashboards / basic technical tools
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Availability for weekend shifts
- Stable internet connection
Nice to have:
- Experience in customer support, NOC, QA, or streaming/broadcast
