Job Summary

This role involves real-time monitoring of AI-generated alerts, analyzing data to identify potential security breaches, and coordinating responses with on-ground security personnel and IT departments. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor AI Systems: Actively monitor AI-powered security platforms, including video surveillance analytics, access control systems, and network threat detection software.
- Analyze and Verify Alerts: Investigate, validate, and classify alerts generated by AI algorithms to distinguish between real threats and false positives.
- Incident Response: Initiate and coordinate rapid response protocols for confirmed security incidents, guiding on-site security teams or automated systems to mitigate threats.
- System Triage: Perform basic troubleshooting and system health checks on AI security hardware and software, reporting technical issues to the appropriate IT or engineering teams.
- Reporting: Generate detailed incident reports and daily security summaries, providing insights on threat patterns and system performance.
- Data Management: Ensure the integrity and proper handling of security data used by AI models, assisting in the occasional annotation or labeling of data to improve system accuracy.
- Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between the AI security system and human security staff, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.
