Sales Co-ordinator

Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing team in managing customer accounts and follow-ups
- Establish telephone contacts and promote Lanka Com products and services
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of services and products
- Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and documentation
- Manage and track leads, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Assist in developing proposals, quotes, and contracts
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exposure to the IT industry is preferred.
