Remote Full-time Live

Own end-to-end delivery of 360 device launch campaigns, driving high-impact web and digital experiences from concept through go-live. RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a Creative Project Manager to join for an approximate 4-month project!

We’re looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of 360 product launch campaigns, with a strong focus on web, on-site placements, and digital marketing assets. This role owns the planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination of high-visibility launches across multiple channels, ensuring cohesive storytelling and flawless execution from concept through go-live. The ideal candidate has experience supporting device or consumer product launches and thrives in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve quickly and timelines are tight.

  • Partner closely with designers, copywriters, UX, and site merchandising teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand creative across all digital touchpoints
  • Drive development and execution of web assets, including homepage placements, landing pages, and product detail pages, ensuring accuracy and quality at scale
  • Facilitate creative reviews, synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders, and push work forward while protecting timelines and creative integrity
  • Manage ambiguity in early-stage concepts or shifting requirements, bringing structure and clarity to move projects forward
  • Ensure alignment to brand systems, templates, and launch toolkits across all deliverables
  • Track milestones, dependencies, and risks, proactively identifying blockers and driving resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including marketing, product, PR, legal, and production to ensure smooth and timely launches
  • Continuously improve workflows and processes to support high-volume, fast-paced launch cycles

As an Applicant, You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in creative project management, program management, or account management within a creative, agency, or in-house brand environment
  • Proven experience managing 360 campaigns and product launches, ideally within devices, consumer tech, or high-visibility product marketing
  • Strong experience delivering digital and web-based assets, including landing pages, PDPs, and multi-channel campaign toolkits
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including creative, UX, marketing, product, and production
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting updates and driving alignment across stakeholders
  • Experience using data and metrics to inform decisions and improve execution
