We are seeking a highly motivated Compliance Analyst to assist in our organization’s regulatory license maintenance program. This role is responsible for managing Nuvei’s licensing obligations across U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions, with a focus on timely applications, renewals, and filings through the NMLS and other regulatory portals. This role emphasizes forward planning, coordination with internal stakeholders, and direct support for regulatory submissions to ensure Nuvei remains in full compliance.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to

· Manage and file money transmitter license renewals and regulatory reports, coordinating with Finance, Legal, Database and Compliance to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

· Manage and file gaming vendor license renewals and submissions, ensuring all documentation is prepared ahead of deadlines and, where applicable, coordinating with Finance, Legal, Database and Compliance to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

· Prepare and submit new license applications and amendments in response to business expansion or regulatory requirements.

· Maintain NMLS hygiene, timely uploading documents and account information, manage the license tracker, and ensure all information remains accurate and current.

· Track and request bond renewals and increases.

· Maintain the regulatory compliance calendar, anticipating upcoming deadlines and escalating risks or bottlenecks to the Director.

· Track regulator correspondence and support the Director of License with escalations.

· Any other tasks related to the day-to-day activities of a Compliance Analyst within the License Management Department.

Requirements

· Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in license maintenance, paralegal or similar role.

· License Maintenance: Experience with the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) preferred.

· Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess risks and ensure compliance.

· Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and compliance initiatives.

· Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and training.
