Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Current CPR or BLS card (must remain active)
  • Proof of current immunizations and TB screening
  • Fluency in another language is a strong plus
  • Prior leadership experience required (team lead, supervisor, trainer, shift lead, or similar)

Certifications (Required):

  • Medical Assistant Certification (great if you have it, not required)
  • Current CPR or BLS card (must remain active)

Bonus Points For:

  • Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
  • Experience in healthcare or a customer-facing role (helpful, but not required)

Your Role in Action

As our Medical Assistant, you will:

  • Coordinate Preventive Dental Evaluations using tele-health platforms
  • Collect medical histories, capture diagnostic data, and organize patient records for remote dentist review
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients—guiding them through the virtual visit process and answering questions
  • Maintain accurate documentation while demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality
