- Personalized Daily Living Assistance – Safely transfer clients, support bathing/grooming, and help with mobility devices.
- Healthy Home Environment – Change linens, do light laundry, and keep living areas clean and hazard-free.
- Medication & Wellness Checks – Provide timely reminders and record basic vitals or observations.
- Mind-Body Engagement – Read aloud, reminisce, or guide simple chair-exercises to keep clients alert and active.
- Detailed Reporting – Document care notes and promptly share changes with your RN or Care Supervisor.
- Experience as a caregiver, HHA, or in a similar role is a plus. Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program (or equivalent) is required. However, if you're not yet certified, we offer the course to help you become a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) through our accredited school. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
