Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll work closely with the store management team to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and meets their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and responding to their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and keeping the sales floor tidy
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs

• Providing product information and recommendations to customers

Essential Qualifications

• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
