Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in leading our customer service team to achieve exceptional results. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of customer service representatives who book and schedule service calls, with a focus on boosting sales and achieving departmental goals
  • Supervising and training staff on how to convert calls into booked service appointments, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Managing dispatch to ensure timely and efficient service delivery, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and sales conversions
  • Collaborating with other departments, including sales and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and alignment on customer service initiatives
  • Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, with a focus on implementing process changes and training programs to enhance customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service management role, with a proven track record of achieving exceptional results
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing, or communications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
