Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through every interaction. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer receives a world-class experience, from taking orders to delivering pizzas with a smile. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through every interaction, whether in-person, over the phone, or through digital channels

• Take orders accurately and efficiently, using our proprietary ordering system
• Deliver pizzas with a smile, ensuring that every customer receives their order on time and in perfect condition
• Work closely with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and team members
• Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
• Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and make change accurately
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent bending and reaching
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
