The Role

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers calling their local dealerships. You'll handle a variety of questions, inquires, and requests for customers, using dealership policies as a guide. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling, modifying, canceling, confirming, and rescheduling service appointments for customers on behalf of car dealerships using the dealerships' own booking system.
• Effectively communicating with customers to manage both dealership and customer expectations.
• Recording customer information and feedback professionally and accurately.
• Conducting calls in an efficient and effective manner, remaining professional at all times.
• No selling involved.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 6 months or more of call center experience.
• The ability to speak clearly and use professional telephone etiquette.
• Accurate and efficient typing skills.
• Active listening skills.
• The ability to acknowledge and respond quickly during customer conversations.
• The ability to solicit valuable customer feedback.
• The ability to appropriately manage difficult customer situations.
• The ability to multi-task between scheduling programs, call surveys, and customer conversations.
