Job Summary

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) – Patient Engagement and Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, leveraging your expertise in the healthcare domain to drive positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
