Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role in a technology or service-based industry

  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer support tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish or other languages)
