Position Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and provide exceptional service.
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system.
- Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options to answer customer questions confidently.

Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
