Job Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our collaborative call center. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system
- Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
- Providing legendary service to our customers by answering their questions quickly and confidently
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide exceptional service to our customers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency in both verbal and written forms
